Guidelines for sending the Trust E-mail

Please follow these simple guidelines so that your e-mail can be replied to quickly and effectively:

1. Please put 'Redbridge Trust Website' in the subject line of your e-mail, any e-mail that has a blank subject line will be deleted as per standard e-mail security.
2. Please put in the subject line and in the first line of the e-mail who it is addressed to (if known), that way it can be passed to the relevent person very quickly, ensuring a quick response.

We will acknowledge all e-mail within 24 hours and replies will be sent in no more than 7 days.
