Accurate clinical coding relies on accurate, legible information in the patients notes and the assurance that case notes are delivered to the Coding Dept.

What services do we provide?

Following an inpatient or day case hospital stay patients medical records are studied diagnosed and procedures are assigned clinical codes using International classification of Diseases Revision 10 and OPCS 4.
