PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Dr. Ashraf took up his post at King George Hospital on l st June, 1996. He trained in general medicine at Ealing Hospital, Bishop Auckland General Hospital, West Suffolk Hospital and Bolton General Hospital followed by training in gastroenterology at Watford General Hospital and the Royal London Hospital. He spent two years in the USA completing a fellowship in gastroenterology and gastrointestinal motility, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has researched, lectured and published extensively on gastrointestinal dysmotility in neurological disorders, particularly in Parkinson's disease.
